Response Time
CheckATS is run by a small team. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If your message is about a file that failed to parse, it helps a lot if you mention the file type (PDF / DOCX / TXT) and your browser — but please do not email us your resume. The checker is designed so we never need to see it, and your documents should stay on your device.
