One-Time Job Application Pack

The US$9.99 pack includes 20 successful AI resume rewrites, valid for 90 days from confirmed payment. It does not automatically renew. The free ATS check remains free.

• Within 7 days of payment, with no successful rewrite from the pack: contact us for a full refund.
• Within 7 days of payment, after only the first successful rewrite from the pack: if the result is not useful to you, contact us for a full refund. You do not need to send us your full resume to request it.
• Failed generations: do not consume pack rewrites. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us for help. We will arrange service restoration, an extension or a refund for undelivered service; upstream AI costs are not a reason to charge you for an undelivered result.
• After more than one successful rewrite or after the 7-day window: ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges, fraud and service failures are handled separately.

A refunded pack loses its unused allowance. A disputed or partially refunded payment may have its remaining allowance suspended while we reconcile it; unrelated packs are not affected. A new purchase does not reset a previous pack's expiration date.

Existing Subscriptions

Existing Standard AI and Premium AI subscriptions retain their purchased terms. You can cancel in billing settings, keep access until the end of the paid period, and stop future renewals. Within 7 days of a subscription payment, if no AI rewrite has been used in that billing period, contact us for a full refund. Otherwise ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered for a used period. Confirmed billing errors and failure to deliver are still reviewed separately.

How to Request Help

Email hello@checkats.app from the account email and include your order reference and a brief description of the problem. Do not send full card details or sensitive resume content. We investigate unrecognized or fraudulent charges and refund confirmed errors.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank determines when the funds appear. This policy does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
