Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CheckATS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service Is

CheckATS is a free tool that analyzes your resume text in your browser and produces an indicative score, keyword analysis, and optimization suggestions. Resume parsing and scoring run entirely on your device.

Paid Job Application Pack

The Job Application Pack costs US$9.99 as a one-time purchase for 20 successful AI resume rewrites, valid for 90 days from confirmed payment. It does not renew automatically. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

One rewrite is one successfully generated resume text and change summary for the resume and job description you submit. Generating another version, including for the same job, uses another rewrite. Opening, copying or downloading an existing result and running the free check do not use a rewrite. Failed generations do not consume your pack allowance. Text output is provided; this is not a formatted PDF/DOCX resume, a human review, or a job-application service.

Your account shows remaining rewrites and expiration dates. Separate purchases have separate expiration dates; the earliest-expiring valid allowance is used first. Unused allowance expires after 90 days. Expiration does not itself delete a previously generated result; our Privacy Policy describes record retention and deletion.

Paid rewriting sends your resume text and job description to our server and AI providers, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Review all output for accuracy before using it. Requests are limited to three per minute and may be temporarily unavailable during service or capacity incidents. A failed request does not use a rewrite. Contact us if an outage prevents you from using a purchased pack so we can arrange restoration, an extension or a refund for undelivered service under our Refund Policy.

Existing subscriptions keep the plan and billing cycle purchased until cancellation or the end of the paid period. They do not automatically convert into a pack. You can manage an existing subscription in billing settings. New purchases use the one-time pack.

No Guarantees of Hiring Outcomes

The score and suggestions produced by the Service are informational estimates only. They do not guarantee that any employer's applicant tracking system will rank your resume in any particular way, that you will receive an interview, or that you will be hired. Different ATS products parse and rank resumes differently. Use your own judgment when editing your resume.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for abusive purposes, or overload the Service.
• Misrepresent the Service's output as a professional certification or guarantee.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its content (excluding your resume and job descriptions, which remain yours) are owned by CheckATS. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial career purposes.

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckATS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost job opportunities — arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
